Customer satisfaction
In our service (exemplified in our sales, services, attentiveness, and responsiveness) as in our development of new solutions, we do all we can to build customer loyalty.
Keeping our people motivated
We’re actively engaged in ensuring our teams are self-reliant, keeping their skills sharp by providing them with all the training resources they need. Even as we develop Lean manufacturing and uphold safety standards, we also seek to encourage job versatility.
We use our intranet, our digital workspace tool Steeple, and our internal meetings to keep internal communications strong – and all these resources are backed by our #wearelodi employer brand policy.
Organizational development and infrastructure modernisation
To continue to address our customers’ needs and expectations, we’re constantly refining our organisation, our production facilities, and our supply chain.
Our pro-active investment policy supports our growth, as seen in the construction of two logistics platforms and new offices at our sites in Grand-Fougeray and Ifs.
Innovation
Our innovation is geared towards a sustainable approach to the environment: using substances of natural origin; responsible packaging; less use of plastics; developing alternatives to conventional chemical solutions.
A new technical facility, completed in 2022, will further enhance our Research and Development capabilities.
Committed to the environment
We work together with institutional partners, local authorities, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure Lodigroup sites remain standards-compliant.
We constantly raise our people’s awareness of environmental issues and impacts, and monitor all discharges and use of resources very closely, seeking further avenues for continuous improvement.
Engaged in society
We enjoy close relations with key partners in the industry, including CS3D, UPJ, CEPA, CEFIC, and UIC.
We support education through sandwich courses and partnerships with sheltered environments such as CAT sheltered workshops.
Security
As part of our commitment to protecting our assets and ensuring our information systems stay reliable, we use the Approved Economic Operator label in partnership with customs authorities. The enlargement of our production facility (logistics hub and offices) has been designed with security firmly in mind.
We wholeheartedly believe that the ISO 9001 quality standard addresses these values and objectives, and we’re committed to bringing to bear all the resources required to roll out this policy and improve our internal performance as we constantly adjust to national and international markets.
